Joe Hockey has labelled the US electoral system a “complete dog’s breakfast” which the Australian government would not consider to be particularly helpful, according to Andrew Clennell. During an interview with Ben Fordham, Mr Hockey said the counting process was a “complete dog’s breakfast” and not just in Pennsylvania where President Trump’s team had filed lawsuits. “There are 10,000 different organisations responsible for setting the rules on the US Presidential election,” Mr Hockey said. He also indicated that the possibility of electoral fraud was high but the critical factor would be if it “changes the electoral outcome”.
